My career is built on a single premise: Innovation fails when it outpaces governance. With a background in the biological basis of behavior from the University of Pennsylvania, I learned early that systems, whether human or digital, require balance to thrive.

Today, I apply that scientific rigor to the corporate boardroom. I possess the rare ability to toggle between high-level strategy and technical "weeds," ensuring that vision never outpaces execution. I don’t just "run marketing"; I engineer the operating leverage required to scale it.

Crucially, I believe the hardest part of transformation isn't the technology—it's the people. I am a leader who builds high-retention cultures by translating complex pressure into clear, actionable goals, driving aggressive growth without burning out the teams that deliver it.

Current Impact As a Senior Executive at a Fortune 500 financial services firm, I’ve managed a $100M+ P&L and a matrixed organization of 65 team members. My mandate is to modernize legacy infrastructure while respecting the constraints of a highly regulated environment. Most recently, this involved defining how we invest in AI by balancing OPEX savings while establishing the governance guardrails necessary for compliant innovation needed to launch new technology.

Track Record Previously, at a global insurance giant, I unified a fractured ecosystem, consolidating 300+ distinct sites across 54 markets into a single, high-efficiency machine.

The Promise I am the executive you hire when you need to translate "Visionary Strategy" into "Shippable Reality." I build high-retention cultures, navigate complex risk landscapes, and deliver aggressive growth responsibly.

The Architect of "Safe" Disruption.

  • Enterprise AI Framework.

The Challenge: The firm needed a structured path to navigate the explosive potential of Generative AI without exposing the enterprise to regulatory or reputation risk.

The Strategy: I pioneered a corporate AI governance framework to define risk appetite and investment thesis. This involved moving the organization from theory to execution by establishing a roadmap for high-value use cases and securing capital for test & learn pilots.

The Result: Successfully transitioned the firm from inertia to adoption, identifying OPEX savings and incremental revenue while defining the risk appetite necessary for scalable deployment.

  • Consolidating a 54-Market Ecosystem.

The Challenge: An insurance giant’s digital footprint was fractured across ~90 local sites and ~250 disparate microsites, creating technical debt and brand dilution.

The Strategy: I directed a massive-scale infrastructure modernization program, migrating the entire global ecosystem into a centralized CMS architecture.

The Result: We unified the global brand voice across 54 markets and established a Global Digital Center of Excellence to standardize privacy protocols (GDPR/CCPA).

  • Architecting Reputation Resilience.

The Challenge: During periods of market volatility, the firm required a defense mechanism to prevent asset loss and protect brand equity.

The Strategy: I architected the firm’s first integrated Crisis Communication framework across Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned (PESO) channels, combining sentiment monitoring with proactive regulatory compliance.

The Result: Successfully safeguarded the brand through proactive response management, preventing reputational damage during critical market shifts.
